Berndt CPA is a member of the RootWorks Academy, a national organization of forward-thinking accounting firms working to use the right technology to work collaboratively with their clients. Bruce Berndt CPA recently spoke at the RootWorks Academy Conference in Sarasota, Florida.
Bruce presented to his peers on the technology and processes that our firm uses to support our accounting clients through our BOSS (Back Office Support System) service. Using the Client Center on our website as the online front door, we use cloud-based technology, including accounting, bill-pay, payroll, and paperless document delivery software to work with our clients. They have access to their data anytime, anywhere. Additionally, as a supplement to financial statements we prepare, we can also use web-based analytical software to present key metrics to business owners in an easy to read, customizable dashboard format.
